Jun Kum-Jin arrives for ministerial talks

Jon Kum-Jin, North Korea's counselor to the cabinet, who arrived at Jeju Airport on Wednesday to attend the 3rd round of ministerial talks, is being led to the VIP room by Park Jae-Kyu, the Minister of Unification.
