Japanese A-bomb victim helps Korean peers

Nobuto Hirano, 67, head of a citizens` group supporting atomic-bomb survivors abroad, says, "I have acutely realized that many issues between South Korea and Japan, including the issue of Korean wartime forced laborers victimized by the atomic bombings, can only be resolved by joint efforts by citizens, not politicians."
