Frozen Han River

The Han River in Seoul is frozen Monday on Christmas Eve, a first this year. An icebreaker of the Yeongdeungpo Lifesaving Service breaks ice to allow ships in Seoul`s Yeouido district to pass. The river got frozen 20 days earlier than usual this year.
