Welfare policy debate

Residents of the capital debate the welfare policy of Seoul Metropolitan City in a “roundtable of 1,000 people” held at Olympic Fencing Gymnasium in eastern Seoul Thursday. A combined 1,000 people from all walks of life, ranging from an 11-year-old elementary school student to an 87-year-old senior citizen, gathered together to single out the city`s 10 major welfare policies.
