Airport or flood shelter?

Don Mueang International Airport just outside of Bangkok, Thailand, is dotted with tents for refugees from floods. Thai authorities are scrambling to evacuate residents in the judgment that certain areas of Bangkok would be inundated as of Friday due to torrential rains, which have lasted for three months in the central and northern regions.
