Water cannons ready

Fire engines are mobilized to help cool the heated nuclear reactors of the Fukushima No. 3 and No. 4 nuclear power plants in northeastern Japan. The Tokyo Fire Department mobilized some 30 fire engines Friday to pour 100 tons of water onto the reactors.
