All clear on Baengnyeong Island

With inter-Korean tension running high following North Korea’s shelling of Yeonpyeong Island and a South Korea-U.S. joint naval drill, a landing vehicle exercise by South Korean Marines is conducted Tuesday amid tight security around the South`s northernmost island of Baengnyeong in the Yellow Sea.
