Apology to the people

The emergency committee of the Community Chest of Korea, which was busted for corruption in the annual government audit of the Health and Welfare Ministry, apologize after announcing a reform plan at the ministry in downtown Seoul. Among the measures are the “one strike, you’re out” system under which an employee is fired immediately if found to have committed corruption, and a donation feedback service that informs donors of the collection and distribution of donations. Eleven of the charity group`s 16 chapter heads will step down.
