Police on Highest Security Alert Level for G-20 Summit

Police have issued the highest security alert of Grade 1 effective from Saturday ahead of the G-20 summit in Seoul.

The alert will remain in effect for eight days through Nov. 13, a day after the end of the summit.

Grade 1 is the highest level among those for police vigilance. Under this alert, police officers are banned from taking leave and must do their duty under emergency mode.
