Foreign Minister`s Apology

Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister Yu Myung-hwan enters a briefing room of the ministry in Seoul’s Jongno district Friday to explain how his daughter was made a Grade 5 public official of the ministry. Yu told reporters, “I`m sorry for not realizing that my daughter`s hiring could raise suspicion of preferential treatment.”
