Special Affairs Minister Lee Jae-oh makes his signature deep bow to fellow Cabinet members Tuesday at his first Cabinet meeting since his appointment. Lee also bowed to Park Jie-won, floor leader of the main opposition Democratic Party, at the party’s conference in Seoul’s northern district of Suyu.
