Purged in North Korea

Rumors say North Korea’s top financial official Pak Nam Gi was executed by firing squad over his failed currency reform. The picture shows Pak (within the dotted line in the left photo) accompanying North Korean leader Kim Jong Il to Kim Il Sung University in March last year. Choe Ik Kyu, propaganda secretary of the North`s ruling Workers` Party (within the dotted line in the right photo), who was reportedly fired in relation to the succession of Kim’s third son Jong Un, accompanied Kim Jong Il on an inspection of Pyongyang Grand Theater in April last year.
