Cooling Off

Citizens yesterday cool off at 1223 Fountain next to the statue of legendary admiral Yi Sun-shin at Gwanghwamun Plaza in downtown Seoul. Around 280,000 people visited the plaza after it opened Saturday, according to the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
