Heavy Rain Hits Central Area Again

In the face of torrential rain that led to heavy rain warnings for Seoul and the Gyeonggi Province yesterday, dams for flood control in the northern region of the Han River opened their gates to control the water level. People watched as the Paldang Dam discharged water from all of its 10 floodgates.
