C. Ronaldo Enters Madrid

Soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, 24, who signed a six-year contract with Real Madrid of Spain, attends a welcoming ceremony at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium yesterday. More than 80,000 fans came out to see him, far larger than those who attended a similar event for Brazilian star Kaka, 27, last week. Wearing a No. 9 jersey, Ronaldo said, "For me it is the realization of a childhood dream, which was to play for Real Madrid."
