Missile Launch Pad

A satellite photo taken by Digital Globe of the United States Wednesday shows North Korea’s missile launch facility in Tongchang-ri, North Pyongan Province. Based on the picture, Tim Brown, a senior fellow with the U.S. think tank GlobalSecurity.org, said the launch pad appears operational.
