Heightened Vigilance

Naval officers stationed at Yeonpyeong Island near the inter-Korean maritime border in the Yellow Sea stay on the lookout yesterday. Tension is rising over another North Korean provocation in the wake of its alleged preparation to test fire intercontinental ballistic and medium-range missiles.
