New models are being taken out of car towers of the Volkswagen Autostadt Thursday via elevator in Wolfsburg, Germany, the site of the company’s headquarters. Autostadt refers to glass cylinder car towers whose operation is nothing short of spectacular. The German automaker projected a drop in both sales and revenue this year, though it posted a record performance last year with a sales rise of 6.3 percent.
