Miracle of the Hudson River

An Airbus 320 US Airways plane carrying 155 passengers and crew made an emergency landing in the Hudson River Thursday. The aircraft took off from LaGuardia Airport en route to Charlotte, North Carolina, but lost power after striking a large flock of birds. Though it landed in the river, no passengers and crew were seriously hurt.
