Ground Forces Festival

Marking the 60th anniversary of the Korean armed forces, the 2008 Ground Forces Festival begins yesterday in Gyeryong, South Chungcheong Province. The annual event, which runs through Sunday, will showcase the abilities of ground forces, including martial arts demonstrations by special operations units and a helicopter descent.
