Peoples Council to Hold Vigil
The Peoples Council for Measures against Mad Cow Disease holds a representatives meeting yesterday at the Korea National Council on Social Welfare headquarters in Mapo, Seoul. The participants decided to hold a large-scale candlelight vigil in front of Seoul City Hall on Saturday evening.
