Crowded city buildings are lit well into the wee hours of dawn as office employees work late to wrap paperwork up before year’s end. The SK Telecom headquarters in Euljiro on December 27 as seen from the top floor of the Shinhan Bank in Jung-gu, Seoul. It is easier to count offices with lights off, as every floor is lit brightly.
