‘ A Hard Working Governor’

U.S. New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson met President Roh Moo-hyun in Cheong Wa Dae on April 12. The governor’s repaired shoes were noticed, which proves he is a “hard-working politician.” He came to Seoul on April 11 after his visit to Pyongyang.
