Budget Talks

The Grand National Party (GNP) invited 16 city and provincial heads to the National Assembly on November 21 and held a policy discussion meeting for the budget policy review at the National Assembly. Fifteen heads, excluding the head of North Gyeongsang Province, who is accompanying President Roh Moo-hyun overseas, attended the meeting. At the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center in Gwangju, the ‘Republic of Korea Regional Innovation Exposition’ held on November 7 and attended by President Roh Moo-hyun, seven out of the 16 city and provincial heads participated in the event.
