Lake House

Released: August 31. Directed by Alejandro Agresti. Starring Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock. Genre: Romance. Rating: PG. Synopsis: A doctor who just finished her residency, Kate moves out of her solitary lakeside home to Chicago. Alex moves in, and is skeptical at Kate’s letter that says, “The paw prints in front of the door were always there.” A few days later Alex discovers the paw prints and writes back to Kate. Users Comments: A fairly good Hollywood movie. The sensitivity of “Siworae” six years ago seems to have evaporated. (Dong-A Ilbo Movie Team) Still: Kate sobs into the mailbox in front of Alex’s home. This was the saddest moment out of the 98 minutes of running time, according to this critic.
