On July 31 reports that Cuban President Fidel Castro temporarily transferred his power to his brother Raul Castro, the Minister of National Defense, due to health problems in 47 years since he took office, Cuban defectors are chanting slogans like “Hurrah Free Cuba” in ‘Little Habana’ in Miami, Florida. Habana is the capital of Cuba.
