Minus N. Korea

The 13th ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) in Kuala Lumpur convention center, Malaysia, was held ten-party talks on July 28. Except North Korea, five countries of the six-party talks and Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and New Zealand participated.
