The 39th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting started in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on July 25. In the opening ceremony, foreign ministers of ten countries urged an immediate ceasefire in Lebanon and condemned Israel’s excessive military attacks. The ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), in which the foreign ministers of the six-party talks are participants, will be held on July 28.
