Ribbon War

The ribbon war of parties is heating up as election day approaches. On the left, Uri Party campaigners are wearing yellow ribbons urging voters to “Please Stop the Sweep,” or landslide victory by the opposition Grand National Party (GNP). In contrast, GNP campaigners are wearing blue ribbons saying, “We wish for the quick recovery of Chairwoman Park Geun-hye,” referring to Chairwoman Park who was injured in an assault that occurred while campaigning.
