Mardi Gras Mockery

A dog dressed as a witch is being carried at the Mardi Gras Parade held in New Orleans. It is a performance mocking Hurricane Katrina and Rita as witches. Many people participating in the parade carried dressed-up dogs and criticized President George W. Bush for America’s belated response to the hurricanes.
