One Billion-Won Apartment to be Offered to the Winner

A 43-pyeong reconstruction apartment worth about one billion won will be offered as a premium for the winner of a lottery in which tickets are 1,000 won each.

Red Fox Eye, a Kookmin Bank’s consignee for Internet lottery, announced yesterday that it will offer the ownership right of a 43-pyeong apartment worth up to one billion won in Jamsil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to the winner of the lottery in order to celebrate the launch of Stock Lotto 749.

Red Fox Eye said, “Taking into consideration that the public has been keenly interested in the apartment and it is in good location, we decided to offer it,” adding, “We will provide the winner with up to one billion won for the apartment purchase under the limit on the prize amount of an Internet lottery.”

The price of the 43-pyeong apartment of the Jamsil reconstruction apartment complex that will be completed in August next year ranges from 850 million won to one billion won, and the actual price, including additional expenses by residents, ranges from 1.1 billion won to 1.3 billion won. Accordingly, the money exceeding one billion won should be shouldered by the winner.

Lottery tickets sold from February 2, the first day of the lottery, until 8:50 a.m. on February 7 will be subject to this event.

Stock Lotto 749 is an Internet lottery that guesses the top seven items showing a higher increase in stock prices regardless of its ranking based on Thursday prices against Monday prices among a total of 49 stock items. It costs 1,000 won per ticket. The winner will be announced at 4:00 p.m. every Thursday after the close of the stock market.
