Bush Meets Choir Members

On the morning of November 20, U.S. President George W. Bush (third from left), along with First Lady Laura Bush (first from right), attended the Sunday service of a church and took a commemoration photograph with members of the church’s choir in his visit to Beijing. Diplomatic sources analyzed that President Bush’s attending the service was a message to Chinese leaders that freedom of religion should be expanded.
