To ship fertilizer from the South Korean government, a North Korean cargo ship, the Baekdusan, entered the Ulsan port of South Korea on May 22. North Korea sent its ship with relief supplies to the South in 1984 when South Korea suffered from a flood. It is the first time that a North Korean ship has come to the South to ship fertilizer.
