Outgoing Prosecutor General Song Gwang-soo (right) and his successor, Kim Jong-bin, are shaking hands in a retirement ceremony at the Supreme Prosecutors Office in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul on the morning of April 2. Song finished a two-year term that started on April 3, 2003.
