Woosoo, the Day for Flamingo Outing

On February 17, a day before Woosoo (雨水), when spring begins and plants start budding, spectators who visited Seoul Grand Park in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province are watching the group dancing of some 90 flamingoes.
