President Roh Moo-hyun (left) invited 16 city and province governors yesterday to Cheong Wa Dae to discuss follow-up plans after the Constitutional Courts decision regarding the capital relocation. Roh is shaking hands with Seoul Mayor Lee Myung-bak before the talks.
