“Eat Beef and Be Strong!”

The Beef Consumption Supporting Committee set out to promote beef consumption with its catchphrase “Eat Beef and Be Strong” at the Seoul International Tourism Food Expo 2004” (SIFE 2004) held at the Coex Center in Seoul. This campaign is held to support livestock farmers and the food industry that are suffering from the mad cow disease breakout. The committee will hold a beef exhibition to introduce various beef dishes. SIFE 2004 will continue until May 30, and international cuisines will be open and sold to the public.
