Two former presidential aides, Choi Do-sul and Ahn Hee-jung, will attend the fourth public hearing of the Constitutional Court on April 30 at two oclock to give testimony on President Roh Moo-hyuns impeachment case.
The impeachment committee of the National Assembly is planning to establish a fact by questioning the two witnesses that President Roh has been involved in illicit political fundraising. However, the hearing is expected to give heated debates as former aides have been denying the fact.
By making cross-examinations, Rohs defense counsel team will also work out a strategy to prove Roh had no connection with the corruption.
The Constitutional Court will hold a general conference of nine justices on April 22 and review the suspended evidence for direct questioning of President Roh as well as discuss the date of final decision.
