No Reshuffling for Creating Different Atmosphere

President Roh Moo-hyun (right) is entering the assembly hall to join an extraordinary cabinet meeting with Prime Minister Goh Kun (left) and Chief Presidential Secretary Moon Hee-sang(second from the left). At the cabinet meeting, he signed a bill that will introduce a special counsel to probe the alleged wrongdoings by some of his close aids.
