Wu Bangguo, the number two man of China and also the chairman of Chinas Standing Committee of the National Peoples Congress, will visit Pyongyang on October 29, reported Chinas Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Experts on foreign affairs say that China will explain the security assurances in the multilateral system, which the U.S. has recently offered to North Korea and will negotiate the schedule for the six-party talks. Chairman Wu was scheduled to visit North Korea on September 20, but North Korea requested to put if off due to the disagreement between North Korea and China.
