The Sombrero Galaxy

The Hubble mosaic of the majestic Sombrero Galaxy (Mexican hat) released by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) on October 3. The galaxy is located 28 million light-years from Earth, and the disk displays dark dust lanes, where many young and bright stars reside.
