Representative of Democratic Party Chung Dai-chul is looking serious while supervising party affairs settlement meeting at Manhattan Hotel in Seoul, on the 27th. The meeting was held to fine-tune the difference in opinions between faction in power and non-mainstream faction. The mainstream side insisted that the final decision for the party`s course should be decided at the national convention, while the non-mainstream side opposed saying that a new leader should be elected at the national convention to make an appointed institute for new party discussion.
