Foreign Workers Line up to Cancel Air Ticket

Foreign workers are standing in a queue in front of a travel agency in Jongro, Seoul on Sunday to cancel their air tickets that they bought to show for an evidence of departure. The Ministry of Justice allowed them to stay by the end of March when it encouraged voluntary reporting of illegal foreign workers last year. However, it is said that they are postponing their departure in anticipation of changed policy-making decisions of the new administration.
