Rushing for Withdrawal In Uruguay

Last 31st, citizens of Montevideo, Uruguay, were making a long, winding line to the ATMs. The Uruguay government, which had been suffering from dwindling foreign reserves and burgeoning deficits, stopped all bank transactions on last 30th in order to prevent large volumes of withdrawal. And it also extended the hold until 2nd and put a limit on the amount that could be withdrawn in one day by a person.
