The Hong-Up Scandal Investigation Is Coming to the Finish.

It suggests that the police investigation of the Hong-Up absurdity scandal is coming to the finish because there is an observation that Kim, Hong-Up, the Vice President of the Asia Pacific Peace Foundation, might be called by the prosecution this weekend at the earliest.

It is known that the prosecution secured evidence that can prove Hong-Up`s absurdity accusation around 6-13 local elections. The main point of the evidence is a related person`s testimony that Yoo, Jin-Gul, Hong-Up`s college alumnus, received a billion won from a company, which is in danger of bankruptcy, to help that company to get a court receivership and gave 300 million won out of that to Hong-Up. It is reported that the prosecution is confirming the related circumstances based on this testimony.

What is more, the prosecution is also investigating seriously the distrust that Hong-Up`s college junior Lee, Gu-Sung, the president of a p promotion, received bribe money of some 1.7 billion won from the vice president of formerly Sae-Han Group, Lee, Jae-Guan to help to quiet the prosecution`s investigation and gave a portion of that bribe money to Hong-Up.

A prosecution related person said, "the investigation is coming to the finish while the distrust that Hong-Up received bribes with impure solicitations is apprehending," and "I know that the investigation team is studying a detailed summons schedule."

The outside factors of the investigation are also demanding a summons of Hong-Up. It is because the public sentiment, which asks to prosecute the President`s sons` absurdity by exercising their political influences, is confirmed. A high-ranking prosecution related person conveyed that the chief executives of the prosecution seriously recognize this situation.

However, the World Cup that the Korean team is playing very well might be another variable. A prosecution related official says, "we are in agony because people might complain that the prosecution ruins the event if we summon the President`s sons when the heat of the World Cup is rising with Korean team`s success to go to the round of 16."

In the meantime, it is reported that Hong-Up insinuated to his staff, "I did not receive any bribe from companies with impure solicitations, but I want to appear in the prosecution as soon as possible."
