Rep. Park Geun-Hye to Visit North Korea on the 11th

Park Geun-Hye founding leader of the Korean Coalition for the Future is likely to visit Pyongyang from 11th to 14th.

At the press meeting on the 5th, Rep. Park said, “I will visit North Korea as a director of `Europe-Korea Foundation` from the invitation of the `Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation (KCRC)`, and discuss the way of South-North cooperation for the peace on the Korean Peninsula with officials of KCRC. ”

On the possibility of meeting Kim Jong-Il Chairman of North Korea’s National Defense Commission, Rep. Park said, “it is uncertain. We will open specific schedule after Jean Jacques Grauhara president of the EU-Korea Foundation, who is staying in Pyongyang for discussing the visit, returns from North Korea. ”
