[Editorial] `Exposure Like Seoul Hoon` can`t be tolerated

Member of Millennium Democratic Party (MDP), Seol-hoon disclosed last Friday, “Mr. Choi Gyu-Son delivered 250 million won to former leader of Grand National Party (GNP) Lee Hoi-chang, through Yun Yeo–jun, member of GNP”.

Member Seol said that he would reveal tape, which recorded dialogue between Mr. Choi and Mr. Yun within two to three days.

He was confident, saying that he had confirmed the information.

However, he started retreating when the day on which he promised to reveal was coming near.

He said that he didn`t listen to the message of recorded tape, even though he said that he had confirmed the information.

And now he is making an excuse, “ I was careless on that point (to judge that it was reliable information without listening to the message himself) ”.

His rest insistence is, “ I thought I can reveal the tape till early this week, however, the one who has the tape doesn`t hand it over to me”.

After all it is obvious that member Seol made `megaton level exposure`, which can cause fatal wound to the political life of the opposite without sure evidence.

Member Seol and MDP can`t help avoiding political and moral responsibility of this issue.

If member Seol is not able to reveal recorded tape like this, he should take responsibility and resign from membership.

`Irresponsible exposure like Seol-hoon` can`t be tolerated anymore.

If he was to bring about `adverse attack` in order to reverse the ruling party`s situation, which is cornered due to compromise situation of President`s sons, he really doesn`t know people`s mind.

Member Seol should give out evidence of exposure now if he wants to remove the suspicion of `dirty planned politics`.

If he behaves like ` wait, I will give out`, it is likely to make fool of people.

The ruling party, MDP, also should know that it is not the time to be at ease saying“ could he expose without evidence? ”.

Who can believe current government if people near DJ disclose like `if it not true, then forget it`, as Cheong Wa Dae is getting complicated by each scandal already.
