Hiddink to Decide Final Entry in May

The entry of Korean national team for World Cup game is likely to be fixed in May.

Head coach of Korean national team Guus Hiddink had a press briefing at the training camp in Lamanga, Spain on the 23rd, and said, “I plan to decide final entry around in May, as the players, who belong to foreign club, cannot run for the game with Costa Rica in April and there is the variable of injury. ” But he added, “I`ve finished general plan. ”

Head Coach Hiddink evaluated the outcome of the training in Europe saying, “the players improved so much in physical and mental strength during this camp training. As a head coach, I distinguished the players, who are quickly developing, from the ones who are not. ”

Head Coach Hiddink said, “we trained various strategies according to the position of offense, defense and ball using Song Jong-Gook as a key player. But the strategies are not complicated, and I am satisfied with Korean players, who are quick to comprehend the strategies. ”

In relation to Yoon Jung-Hwan (Cereso Osaka), play maker reserve of national team, head Coach Hiddink praised him saying, “the game with Turkey is a good chance to test Yoon Jung-Hwan. Yoon Jung-Hwan understands the intention of coach very well, and has strong will and good physical condition. ”
