The families of the sailors of Dongjinho, which was abducted to the north in 1987 including the chief fisherman Choi Jong-Seok, are submitting the petition for a lawsuit, claiming 240 million won for compensation against the government to the Seoul District Court on the 16th. In this first suit filed against the government by families of persons abducted to the North, 24 persons in 12 families among a total of 480 persons are participating as plaintiffs.
