The Policy Committee of the Grand National Party urged the government for overall change of the economic team, saying ``the economic recovery cannot be expected without the fundamental change of economic policies and the governmental attitude.``
The committee released a statement, criticizing ``the government is busy with solving a minor problems without providing fundamental solutions to recover the economic difficulties. It is outrageous that even related ministers did not attend the meeting to review the second revised supplementary budget.``
Spokesperson Chang Kwang-Keun of the GNP asserted, ``The urgent task of President is not to cope with the measures to re-assume the government but to clean up the corrupted politicians and authorities around him.``
